Our Guest Services counter offers a variety of time saving and convenient options to our customers.  The counter is located on the main floor of our Guadalupe location.

Bob Bullock IMAX Tickets

Get the IMAX experience right here in Austin; the city’s only IMAX theatre - just minutes from campus – is located in the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum.   (We gladly accept cash or check for ticket purchases.)

Credit Card Authorization

The Co-op will allow a student to use a parent’s credit card, even if the card is not present, only if an authorization form is filled out, signed and faxed or mailed to Guest Services.

Once your authorization is received, we log it into a password protected site that is available only to authorized Co-op employees.  The hard copy is filed in a locked cabinet in a secure location.

When your authorized designate comes to the Co-op (this type of transaction is available only at the Main Store on Guadalupe), they select their merchandise and go to any register and advise their cashier that they have a card on file.  The cashier will call a manager with access to the authorization file, and the transaction is completed.  Please feel free to contact us at 1-800-255-1896 x8482 with any questions regarding this type of transaction.

Fax Service

Fax your documents to any domestic fax number, only $1.00 per page to send and $0.50 per page to receive. Fax to (512) 476-4613; be sure to have the sender specify your name in the “fax to” line.  (We gladly accept cash or check for fax service.)

From concerts, auto racing, and sporting events to the Texas Express shuttle busses (with service to Dallas or Houston), Gettix has you covered.  Stop by Guest Services for more information on upcoming events.  (Credit/Debit cards are required for Gettix purchases.)

Notary Service

Notary service is provided free of charge (hours of availability may vary – please contact us at 322-7008 to ensure a notary will be available to assist you).

Postage Stamps

We offer single United States Postal Service stamps for the following:

domestic postcard
domestic letter
international postcard
international letter

We also have books of 20 domestic letter stamps.

Regal Cinema Discount Movie Passes

Catch a movie at any of the five Regal Cinemas in Austin and save enough for dinner.  Go VIP (good for movies released for more than 12 days), or upgrade to 
the Premiere Pass and enjoy a new release.  (We gladly accept cash or check for movie passes.)

Refunds and Exchanges

Most questions concerning a refund or exchange can be answered by checking the statement on the back of your cash register receipt or the Refunds & Exchanges page on our website.   As always, our helpful associates are available in-store to answer any additional questions.

We accept cash or check payment for the following utilities:

A complete bill is required to ensure proper payment.  Processing fees between $1.00 and $ 2.00 apply to each bill, and must be paid separately in cash.  (In order to process payments, Guest Services must stop accepting utility payments one hour before closing.)
