General Shipping Policy

For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: Ground, Second Day and Overnight. We also offer Overnight Saturday Delivery for orders placed between Noon on Thursday and Noon on Friday. We ship most items to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus the following major protectorates and territories of the United States: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Unless otherwise noted, we do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments. 

• The above international shipping rates may not be available for all items in all areas; in this event, you will be contacted before your order ships.

• Orders shipped via USPS Airmail will not have tracking information affiliated with them.

• Jewelry may not be shipped to Canada via USPS Airmail.

• Customs, Duties, & Taxes:  Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

• Textbook orders are pulled and shipped from the Main Store at 2246 Guadalupe St.  All textbook orders will ship via UPS ground.

• Online orders may be picked up at either one of our Austin-Area stores for no charge:

• Co-op East Store (2902 Medical Arts) – Please note, East Pickup orders may require an additional 24 hours for delivery.

• A 2nd email will be sent with specifics about when and where your order will be available for pickup.  Our actual Main Store pick-up location may move depending on the time of year, so please be sure to double-check your email.

• Please note, we only offer order pick-up services at our Austin-Area stores.
