Student Use of Parent's Credit Cards

The Co-op will allow a student to use a parent's credit card, even if
the card is not present, if the form below is filled
out, signed, and faxed or mailed to the Guest Services Dept. at the
number/address listed on the form.
Please note if you would like your son/daughter to be able to
purchase books only, supplies only, books and supplies, or books,
supplies and clothing. Your wishes will be honored.
Once your fax is received, it is logged in to a password-protected
site that is only available to a handful of Co-op employees. The hard
copy is then filed in a locked cabinet in a secure location.
When your son/daughter comes to the Co-op (this type of
transaction can only be completed at the Main Store on Guadalupe),
and once they have made their selections, they can go to any
register and tell the cashier their parent's card is on file. The cashier
will call a manager with access to the computer file and the
transaction is completed. Please feel free to contact us with any
