Summer textbook orders must be picked up within 5 calendar days of the order being processed. Fall Textbook orders must be picked up by Sunday, August 29th.
Any orders not picked up by then will be returned for a full refund less
a $10.00 restocking fee.
- The Co-op has TWO
convenient locations to pick up textbook purchases; Main
Store on Guadalupe and Co-op
East. A picture ID is required to pick up an order. The order
may also be shipped to any address via UPS, see shipping
costs and times for more information.
- Full refunds are
available with a receipt through add/drop dates of each semester; click
here to view add/drop dates. After the add/drop
dates, textbook purchases must be returned within two days (shipping
time excluded) for a full refund. The price sticker must be intact,
and the text should be in its original condition. Software must be un-opened.

No refunds will be issued for:
Pre-packaged
course supply kits that have been opened.
Any textbooks purchased during finals.
