The Co-op is interested in supporting promising new initiatives with "seed funding" where awardees should not expect continual support for the same programs from year-to-year at the same or increasingly higher levels of requested funding. Thus, these requests must include information on future funding plans for the project. In order to fund major capital projects, the Co-op is interested in supporting projects with naming opportunities. Also, it is important to have funding proposals transmitted or endorsed by a Dean. The deadline for applications to be considered for a vote by the Board at its August meeting is April 1st. Once approved, the funds will be disbursed when actual expenses are incurred. Depending on the magnitude and length of project and amount of funding, certain funds may be paid in installments.
