COURSE REQUISITIONS

Timely submissions allow us to research titles more thoroughly, inform you of any problems prior to the start of class, gives students a better re-sale opportunity, and provides a higher number of used books available for the following semester.

Guidelines For Your Requisitions

When submitting, please provide:
  • Contact information
  • ISBN to correctly identify title and edition
  • Course number, unique number, and any cross-listed courses.
  • Edition of the textbook
  • List optional materials, such as study guides, solution manuals, tool kits, maps, or school supplies. Visit our Faculty Resources section to learn more about optional items.
  • Specify any supplementals such as InfoTracs, Access Codes, or Web Cards.
  • Advise of early or late start dates. (study abroad classes).
  • Contact us with any changes in enrollment or cancelled and added sections.
    Indicate "No Text"courses and course packets.
  • Remember to allow 8-10 weeks for all imported material. Visit How Requisitions Work for more information.
