• Priority Orders (2nd Day Air & Overnight) placed by noon CST will ship out the same day.  Orders placed after noon will ship out the following day.

• UPS Standard (Ground) orders placed by noon CST are usually shipped out the same business day.  Orders placed after noon will generally ship out the following day.  Please use the UPS Ground Service chart below to determine an approximate transit time for your order. 
Please note, ground shipping orders placed by noon CST should ship the same day.

• Overnight Saturday Delivery should only be used for orders placed after Noon CST on a Thursday and before Noon CST on Friday; these orders will ship out on Friday for a Saturday delivery.  Please note, the Saturday Delivery service is not available in all areas.

• All orders will ship via UPS with no signature required.  Orders shipped to PO Boxes, FPO or APO will be delayed due to extra processing time in shipping the order.  These orders shipping via USPS will not have tracking information affiliated with them.

• If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Unless otherwise noted, we do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.

• Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska must ship via UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Standard (Ground) service is not available.

• Some special-order or oversize items may have special shipping rates that apply to them.  These items will have their special shipping rates noted in the product description.  

• Textbook orders are pulled and shipped from the Main Store at 2246 Guadalupe St.  All textbook orders will ship via UPS ground.

• Processing time for textbook orders is generally 24 hours, but will vary with the time of year.  For more details on textbook order processing time, click here

• Online orders may be picked up at either one of our Austin-Area stores for no charge:

• A 2nd email will be sent with specifics about when and where your order will be available for pickup.  Our actual Main Store pick-up location may move depending on the time of year, so please be sure to double-check your email.

• Please note, we only offer order pick-up services at our Austin-Area stores.

SHIPPING TO MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO)

All orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Service at our normal UPS Standard (Ground) shipping rates. Please consult our shipping rates chart for pricing tiers.  Please note that transit time varies depending on the international region. USPS does not provide tracking details for these packages.

CANADA STANDARD

The University Co-op is now pleased to offer flat-rate UPS Standard shipping to Canada.  UPS Standard reduces transit time (5-9 business days) and provides detailed tracking information. Transit time may be delayed by customs, please see Customs information below.

Please Note! This service may not be available for all products in all areas. If your shipment is oversized or the Standard service is not available in your area, you will be notified prior to shipment.

• VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES:  Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. • International shipping is available to most countries. Due to the wide variety of shipping regulations & restrictions, we are unable to provide a general international shipping fee prior to order submission.

• If you select international shipping (International Quote-TBD), your check-out subtotal will not include a shipping fee.
