Student Organization Funding | University of Texas at Austin Department and Organization Funding | Texas Exes Funding | Funding for Organizations Not Affiliated with the University
Each semester, the University Co-op allocates funds to registered student organizations to help with programs and events for the direct benefit of students at The University of Texas at Austin. The maximum amount an organization can request per semester is $1,250. The University Co-op funding and eligibility guidelines can be accessed here.
Funding decisions are made by the Co-op Board of Directors Special Requests Committee that consists of four student board members. Click here to request your Student Organization funding!
The Co-op is currently not taking applications and requests for capital and departmental funding for University of Texas groups.
If you are looking for in-kind donations (a donation of products or services) for a University department or organization, please send an email to email@example.com describing the event or cause, item(s) requested and date needed by. Please allow at least one week for a reply. We have a limited budget for donations, and donations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
We provide a 10% discount for texas exes life members. We also extend an additional discount for select chapter fundraiser needs. Chapter leaders, click here to request your chapter fundraiser discount.
We appreciate your interest in the University Co-op, however we are not able to donate to Non-UT organizations at this time.
The University Co-op is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational corporation owned by the students, faculty and staff of the University of Texas at Austin. Therefore, contributions are restricted to organizations, projects and events that benefit UT organizations, departments and entities.
