We’ve got three basic packages (Silver, Gold and Family) – You may then upgrade to what you need with any of our add-on packages. Choose what’s best for you!

The photo studio uses green-screen technology to insert a background into the photo. We’ve got several background options available. Check out our portfolio for ideas and some of our favorite customer photo shoots!


Your Appointment

Setting up your Appointment:

1. Choose a portrait package

2. Book your appointment (Call us at 800-255-1896 option 9 or drop by the Graduation Department located in the Main Store)

3. Show up EARLY to your appointment – we cannot shoot anyone who arrives any more than 10 minutes late

4. Choose a background and pose (browse through the portfolio for some ideas!)

5. Pick-up your portraits in 10-14 business days later. You can have your prints shipped to you (or your parents!) for a small fee.

Cancellation Policy

Because our studio is so popular each semester, our appointments are very tightly scheduled and we have a strict scheduling policy.

  • You may cancel or change your appointment without penalty once, as long as you notify the Graduation Department at least 24 hours in advance. Multiple cancellations and rescheduling will be subject to a rescheduling fee.
  • Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will NOT be photographed. In this circumstance, the student will need to pay a rescheduling fee in order to book another appointment.
  • If you miss your appointment without notifying us, you will need to pay a rescheduling fee in order to book another appointment. In this circumstance, we are unable to offer a refund of your portrait package.



Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do re-touching on the photo?

Included in the portrait package price is light re-touching. Additional re-touching is available for a surcharge, and you may discuss the specifics with your photographer during the session.


Can I get my photos more quickly after my appointment?

Yes, we can expedite the production on your order for a fee. For this cost, the photographers can prepare your images and have them available for pick up or ready for shipping within two business days. We cannot expedite photos during Graduation Weekend.


Can I choose more than one background for my prints?

For each set of prints (a package), we will print the same image (pose and background) for the entire collection of prints. If you would like to have two different poses, purchase one of our add-on packages for the second pose or background.


Can I buy the digital copy of my photo?

Yes, you may purchase the high-res digital copy from your appointment. You will need to discuss this with the photographer during your session.


Do you provide a proof prior to printing the photos? 

Although you are able to see yourself (and the different poses) during your photo session, we shoot using green-screen technology, which prohibits us from providing a full composite proof prior to printing. We are able to email a low-res green-screen background photo to parents if needed. This may add additional production time onto your order.


Can I bring props to the photo shoot?

We try our best to accommodate any special requests from our customers. If you have a special request, contact us prior to your appointment. 


Can I have a family member in my photos?

Please contact us prior to scheduling your appointment and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate your needs.


I was unable to schedule an appointment during the season and now you are completely booked. What do I do?

We typically have a Walk-In photo day for customers who were unable to schedule an appointment. We also have a waitlist service, please contact the Graduation Department for more information.
