Good Food Right in Our Backyard: Visiting the Co-op and getting a little hungry? Not to fret, we have a food court! Cuisine ranging from Mediterranean to Mexican; our food court, located right behind the Co-op, has a delicious range!
ATX GYRO - Halal Mediterranean
"This place has been wafting in my nostrils every time I walk by, and I just had to give it a try. It is as delicious as it smells! They give you quite a bit of food, and it's very reasonably priced for a food truck. Food comes out fast and hot, and the owner is very nice. Definitely give this place a try!! I got the gyro and chicken over salad for $7.57, and it is covered in meats. The meat is seasoned well and tender." -Shirley L.
BISCUIT HUT - Breakfast Sandwiches
"This little place has such BIG and AMAZING flavors! You won't go wrong stopping here and grabbing some food! The service is wonderful! The food is delicious! Enjoy! We had biscuit sandwiches with gravy and they were fantastic!" -Michele P.
BON BON BAHN MI - Vietnamese Sandwiches & Grill
"Very quick service! The Vietnamese coffee tastes straight out of Vietnam and the egg banh mi is a great vegetarian alternative. The bread is very fresh and crisp. Great portion sizes! The atmosphere is super chill and it's a great place to eat with friends. Also a plus, college friendly budget." -Tracey Z.
DONS JAPANESE KITCHEN - Japanese To-go
"This is hands down the best valued meal near campus. Starting at just $5 (you can literally just hand a 5 dollar bill), you can choose from fish, pork, or chicken katsu, and it doesn't just stop there. They've added different menu items and you can add on an onsen egg for $1, or other additional sides. Again, I cannot emphasize this enough, this is the BEST VALUE food-- and they don't sacrifice quality for quantity. You'll get full off of any of the menu items." -Eliott L.
JEFES STREET TACOS - Authentic Mexican
"I was on campus visiting UT McCombs and knew I needed to try some Austin tacos.... I ordered three tacos: barbacoa, pastor, and brisket. They were all AMAZING. I opted for avocado on top, but truly the meats were the star of the show. It was cold outside and the tacos were hot, juicy, flavorful and delicious. They were the perfect amount of fatty and the corn tortillas were warm and lightly grilled. If I am ever on the UT campus again I will for sure be back!! The people working there were also so friendly and the service was quick. These were some of my favorite tacos in Texas." -Tori W.
MOMORA - Rice Ball Fusions
"WOW. Warm Golden Crispy Crust on the OUTSIDE... with an EXPLOSION of flavors on the INSIDE! My favorite things cocooned in a sweet crunchy homemade fried rice ball..I got the chicken, avocado, cream cheese, and rice mix. Don't be fooled by the size... it definitely fills you up!! A hearty, satisfying meal! I gave it a first try today and I'm glad I did! The owner is definitely a genius for putting this concoction together!" -Edlyn V.
OATMEAL&CO - Gourmet Oatmeal
"My life is meaningless without @oatmealAndCo's Smoked Peach Bourbon Oatmeal and I've just run out! I'm reaching my breaking point!" - @caroooollll_
SONG LA - Taiwanese Street Food
"There's a reason there's a line right when it opens. The braised pork rice (lu rou fan) is better than even some I've had in Taiwan! Portions are huge and I can never finish it in a single sitting. The box comes with both a lot of meat and veggies, and the chili oil sauce is a m a z i n g. Highly highly recommend the lu rou fan, and I hear the chicken bites are good too. You can call ahead to order if you want but the wait is honestly not bad (free smells!)" -Nicholas W.
VITTLE VIBES - Vegan/Vegetarian India Fusion
"Even if you are not a vegetarian, you are going to love this little gem of a food truck. The menu changes every week, thereby encouraging you to try something new. I've been here a few times already and everything was delicious! The prices are very reasonable, which means you'll be able to go back often." - Jacy S.
