  • Orders shipped to physical addresses will be emailed tracking information from UPS. Unfortunately tracking information isn’t available to orders shipped to PO boxes.

+How fast will my order be ready for pick up in store?
  • Orders are usually ready for pick up within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s ready for pick up.

+Where do I pick up my order if I selected in store pick up at check out?
  • Orders to be picked up in store are available on the main floor of the Austin location.

+What credit cards do you accept?
  • We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.


+Do you ship internationally?
  • Not at this time.

+What are your shipping policies and rates?
+Do you ship to PO Boxes?
  • We do ship to PO boxes with a few exceptions. Drop ship items and special order items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.


+How can I return or exchange an item?
  • Call or email our team for a return label and to discuss options. Note that Face Masks and Face Coverings are non-refundable. Go to RETURN POLICY for more details.

+Can I return my graduation cap and gown??
  • As of April 1, 2020 all graduation regalia will be final sale, and is not eligible for return or exchange.

    All graduation regalia purchased before 4/1/20 and in original packaging (unworn, unopened bag) is eligible for return for store credit only.
