Founded in 1896, The Co-op sought to serve and meet the need for UT Austin students. Staying true to the original idea and vision set by future UT President, Dr. William J. Battle, our mission is to positively impact every student at The University of Texas at Austin with opportunities and services to foster student’s growth and help Longhorns change the world.

SPRING TEXTBOOKS & COURSE MATERIALS: Textbooks purchased from the Co-op, in original, re-saleable condition (including shrink-wrap) may be returned for a full refund through the 5th class day of the semester. All sales are final after the 5th class day including online orders. All orders placed after the 5th class day are considered final sale regardless if picking up or shipping to an address. Textbooks may be returned until the 12th class day with proof of Add/Drop for the course. Online Shipped orders must request a refund by the 12th class day with proof of Add/Drop by contacting customer service for a return label. Approved returns must be shipped within 5 days of label creation. Any return shipped after the 5-day period will not be refunded. We will be happy to return your books to you at your expense. Opened/Exposed access codes, and opened CD/DVD media are non-refundable.
