Shipping and Handling Info

• If you have ordered a pre-order item, it will ship out when the product arrives in stock. We’re just as excited as you to get these!

  These orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, even for orders placed with expedited shipping.

• We try our hardest to have all of our items in stock, but in the circumstance we are unable to ship your order in full, we will generally ship the items we do have on hand and ship the out of stock item when it becomes available or cancel it from your order. If we do cancel the out of stock item, we will notify you via email.

  We do not charge additional shipping fees for any secondary shipments caused by stock-outs.

• Some over-sized items may not be available for delivery to all locations. Some are only available for Main Store Pickup. These oversized items will be identified in the Product Details section of the item page.

  Oversized items cannot be shipped expedited. If you place an expedited order for these items, it will be changed to Standard Shipping (Or Main Pickup, if it’s a pick-up only item) and you will be notified by customer service.

  Additionally, free return labels will not be provided for oversized items.

• Some products listed on our website may ship directly from the vendor. Due to this, tracking information will not be emailed when the product ships. Special-order items will be identified in the Product Details section of the item page.

  Special-order items cannot be expedited. If you place an expedited order for these items, it will be changed to Standard Shipping and you will be notified by customer service.

• Information and Instructions for Store Pick Up Orders

  • Your order will be ready for pickup in the Main Store 1 hour after you receive the fulfillment email.

  • Have your photo ID ready.

  • Please check our current store hours here.

  • Free one-hour parking is available in our parking garage located behind the University Co-op at 2214 San Antonio St., Austin, Texas 78705

  • Course related materials not picked up within 7 days of charged date (This email) will be considered abandoned. Abandoned product will be made available for resale and all original charges are non-refundable.

  • Non-Course related materials not picked up within 30-days of charged date will be considered abandoned. Abandoned product will be made available for resale and all original charges are non-refundable.

• Abandoned Order Policy for Store Pick Ups

  • Course related materials not picked up within 7 days of charged date will be considered abandoned. Abandoned product will be made available for resale and all original charges are non-refundable.

  • Non-Course related materials not picked up within 30-days of charged date will be considered abandoned. Abandoned product will be made available for resale and all original charges are non-refundable.

• If my Item is on backorder, will I be charged shipping twice?

  You will only be charged one shipping fee per order

• Do you require a signature?

  Packages are not shipped with a signature required; however, your local UPS driver may require a signature.

• Do you deliver to dorms on campus?

  You can choose UPS Ground or USPS and have your order shipped to your dorm address.

• UPS lost my package!

• How do I cancel or change my order?

  Contact us via chat, phone, or email.

Only one coupon or discount may be used per transaction. Coupons may not be applied towards sale or promotion items unless specifically noted in the coupon details. Coupons will expire 11:59pm CST on the expiration date stated on the coupon or promotion.

• Shipping promotions are only eligible within the contiguous 48 states.
