What time is the Longhorn // lululemon launch?
Our store will open at 8am. Our current plan is to accept online orders at 2pm, and we will evaluate throughout the day. Make sure to sign up for our mailing list to know when lululemon is available online. There is no guarantee that we will be able to offer product online. Don't panic if you miss out on the first drop, we have more coming in the fall.
Why are you launching in store first?
We anticipate a significant amount of interest in this launch. Due to the quantity of certain items, we will be unable to offer some sizes or styles online. Only 30 – 40 customers will be shopping at a time, and we are unable to manage that traffic online.
What will the selection look like?
The best selection will be available in store. There is no guarantee that we will be able to offer product online. The first lululemon shipment is smaller than the next that will arrive in the Fall (and have more styles/colors available!), so make sure you sign up for our mailing list to be notified of the next drop!
Where do I park?
You can park in the Co-op parking garage at 2214 San Antonio St., Austin, TX 78705. We offer free parking for one hour with purchase.
Will there be a line?
We anticipate that there will be a line on Friday.
When can I get in line?
The line can begin forming after 6:15am when stanchions are set up.
How many people are allowed to shop at a time in store?
30 – 40 people will be able to shop in store at a time.
Is there a time limit on shopping in store?
There will not be a time limit to shop in store.
Is there a limit to the number of items I can purchase?
There will be no limit on the number of items purchased.
Can I buy online and pick up in store?
In store pick up will be allowed when online selling starts.
Can I place product on hold?
No holds will be allowed for the launch.
Will there be a discount / can discounts be applied?
No discounts will be available for lululemon product.
What if the item I want runs out of stock?
Don’t worry! The first lululemon shipment is smaller than the next that will arrive in the Fall (and have more styles/colors available!), so make sure you sign up for our mailing list to be notified of the next drop!
